By using DNUZ AI, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before accessing our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DNUZ AI services, you confirm you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of DNUZ AI, including our website, mobile applications, and AI-powered services (collectively, "Services").

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Permitted Use

You may use DNUZ AI for lawful personal or commercial purposes, including:

Generating text, code, and creative content with AI assistance

Integrating our API into your own applications and products

Research, education, and professional workflows

Building and testing AI-powered features for your users

Prohibited Activities

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You must not use DNUZ AI to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or violates others' rights

Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or systems

Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls

Impersonate DNUZ AI or create misleading content attributing AI output to humans

Use the service for spam, phishing, or any automated abuse

Share account credentials or resell access to our services

Intellectual Property

Content you create using DNUZ AI is yours. We do not claim ownership of your outputs.

Your input prompts and conversation history remain your property

AI-generated outputs are granted to you under a perpetual, worldwide license

DNUZ AI branding, code, and systems remain exclusively our intellectual property

You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver our services

Disclaimers & Liability

DNUZ AI is provided "as is." AI outputs may be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on AI for legal, medical, or financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DNUZ AI and its creator (Danuzz) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or $10, whichever is greater.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

You may delete your account at any time from settings

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

Provisions regarding IP, liability, and disputes survive termination
